I see that I'm not the only one here to share my experience from today, as someone only two hours ago had the same thing happen to them. Went to make a return, and the older cashier (didn't get her name) was cold and dismissive. We told her we had an item to return without a receipt and without any effort to help, she flat out refused it. After we told her we had already looked up the return policy online, she reluctantly called over a manager (who was actually willing to help) and we finally got a resolution. Had we not been previously informed, we would've been offered zero help. Based on this interaction, we will be hesitant to come here again.

Will never go back to the Valpo Best Buy after today. Tried to do a return and the “customer service” associate, Carol was a nightmare to deal with. First, her attitude was appalling and beyond rude. She rolled her eyes after asking questions why she is denying the return so promptly, then proceeds to say “guess you’ll have to go to the manufacturer anyway, huh?” Real snarky after offering no assistance to my husband or I. Carol the entire time was just nasty to deal with giving 1 word answers and just attitude of a toddler. We purchased this item less than a week ago and she won’t honor any return policy they have printed on their counter. I’ve shopped Best Buy for years but that’s absolutely over. I’m currently on hold with customer service to cancel my rewards card and close my accounts. Clearly the management here lacks and it’s apparent in how the staff treat people and how filthy the store is. I can 100% see why everyone goes to Amazon now to avoid being treated like garbage by people in blue polos.

Was there yesterday 11/4/2025 and bought a pair of 200 dollar bose headphones to my shock when I when to use them today and realized they sold me an already open used pair that was still connected to someone's iPhone and they are junk extremely disappointed and upset for $200

They have very good deal,sales person and management, they do very good job. When my son he found out that I'm shopping for a gas stove, he made me go there and buy from Best Buy. I bought a very good model, kitchen aid oven, I am very happy with that gas stove.
