  I visited recently to compare prices of a full kitchen package. Had amazing customer service from the minute I walked in the entrance. Ended up making the purchase that day after seeing the bundle pricing. Even added in a new OLED I had been on the fence about. I will drive out of my way to visit this specific Best Buy going forward, thanks to all the help from the staff and Dom.

  Don't waste your time getting your car starter there. I got one had an appointment scheduled with Ross. He called me day before appointment. Just let me know. I need to order another wire and harness which on their website didn't require .I order parts $l07 that pushed me back two weeks day of the appointment left work early. Drop the car off to them with the parts had my wife drove 60 miles with the two-year-old kid in 15° weather to pick me up 20 minutes into it. They called and told me they can't hook it up manager of the store name, dom and Russ when I spoke to both of them. They were acting like clowns and laughing to my face about it. Never do business at that store again.

  My review is based on the actual location and not so much the greater company. No best buy, im not signing up for your rewards program or credit card or anything else that shows up on the card reader, for the love of god im here to buy an object i dont want shipped to my door because itll get stolen from my porch. Thats what the business niche of best buy is now, either you want something faster than amazon can manage, youre a weirdo like me who doesnt use amazon, or you want to get the item in person. That market is tiny, cater to it, stop wasting my time, im not getting your god awful credit card. Now that is no fault of the employees here, theyre just paid to do that. They otherwise have overall excellent customer service and seem to collaborate well, im never ignored and never bombarded, the employees know the store and the products well. Thats what is valuable these days for any brick and mortar electronics store. Im here because i want to actually see the stupid expensive object im buying in person, if i am burdened with the process of having to do all that in person i expect it to be made as reasonable as possible, the team here at this store does that excellently.
