It's because of people like this that others switch to other companies. They have absolutely no customer service skills. They're all the same. They should close this location, or the company will go bankrupt because of this kind of staff.

Her personal cell phone kept ringing & She kept answering it while she was helping me, pretty much acting like I was on her time. The customer service is just not there. I am absolutely Switching Phone Services. Lady needs to find a new job because Customer service is not it for her. McDonald’s is looking for someone to put fries in bags!
