  Went in to upgrade my phone but they were extremely rude and unprofessional will not go back to the Shelbyville cricket ever again

  First I called at 6:15pm..said sorry I'm to busy..You'll have to did it tomorrow morning..Went in there at 10am..Said what are you needed..I said to get cricket as a phone company..He kinda half assed told us what we needed..So we went to out car, got to port stuff..Walked up to the door...Door was locked, after he know we were coming back in..Who the Hell only opens for 5 minutes then locks the door back? So we drove to greenwood..The people are amazing and he had us out in like 20minutes..I'm 110% happy with greenwood..I'm totally upset with Shelbyville .

  update: talked to some guy. told him i had no service and i was told from customer support to contact the store. first thing he says RUDLY was "well did you pay your bill?" i say yes i did. (automatic payments thank you) and then he goes well its your sim card. i completely hate that i switched companies to cricket. horrible service and horrible customer service recently. no one will answer the phone been trying to call for days!

  I have been a customer for several years. The cost and service coverage are great, the customer service not so much. We have four lines on our plan, and needed to remove one. Have not had good luck with the customer service via phone, so decided to try to do it on their website with no luck. Downloaded the app to try to do it on that, still no luck. As a last resort before calling, I decided to go into the store, here in Shelbyville. I arrived at 10:10 a.m. to a dark locked store, It was supposed to be opened at 10 I made a second attempt at 2:40 this afternoon, to find two employees standing outside the store, one in a car smoking. Was asked if I wanted to go in the store. Told them what I needed, and was told to do that give me the customer service line. I explained that I did not want to do that online, but they continued to tell me to do it via phone, all while standing outside, never even having entered the store. Very unprofessional service, and whoever is paying for staffing like this, being late to open a store and not even being inside the store, I don't think you're getting your money's worth.
