- JMJo Meier4 days ago5.0in a time where customer service has all but disappeared, I found it in the Seymour IN retail office . I had several items to address, and they were. Being visually impaired, the sales per son assisted me, when I needed it, which lessened my anxiety & stress greatly . At another locationa few months ago, I tried to address some of these same items. My disability was ignored. In response to one of my requests/questions, I was given written instructions in order to take care of it myself. Plus I was given incorrect information regarding my account which resulted in my phone being turned off. Thanks to the young woman who assisted me that day. !
