I am very disappointed with my Samsung phone that when it locked me out for no particular reason, which left only 1 option. Erasing my information left me feeling violated by this technology. VERY disappointed! Thanks again Alexis!

I went from a 15 pro max to a 17 pro max and phone number switch in 10min. He definitely Changed my mind about Verizon. Now when I call I only ask for him or call back when he’s in.
