- WWWyWySep 1, 20251.0Terrible last two trips first trip was to find out about monthly payments for a phone after a useless chat with an employee he pointed me to a tablet to fill out 10 minutes worth of paperwork that couldn’t be completed because they needed my bank routing number and id. 2nd visit I wanted to upgrade my already existing Cricket phone I was eligible for $80-$100 off a new phone, she told me the wrong price at first so I waited for her to ring everything up about 20 minutes to find out she finally told me the real price which was more than I wanted to pay. Overall terrible customer service and employees could not care less if they sell a phone or not.
