Don’t fall for the “Oh you qualify for this or that promotion!” Oct 3 2025 I went into the store to inquire about adding a line to my already existent account of over 12 years. Jose offered us the promotion of “You can get the new IPhone Pro 17 with a 3 year contract. You don’t need a trade in.” My significant other and I both were there for this transaction. I ended up getting billed for a $1099 IPhone 17 Pro. After 3 extensive phone calls to Verizon sales dept and 4 re-visits to the store to get Verizon to stand behind their promotion/promise, I’ve gotten nothing but the run around. “I’m waiting for them to fix it” per Jose. Or. You have to go into the store and have them fix it.” When I call, -To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’ve been a loyal customer over 12 years, ALWAYS pay my bill on time, and this is how I’ve been treated. I need to upgrade my current phone, and I will not do so through this company ever again. Do NOT trust their words. Ask for copies of what you sign. Better yet- go someplace else! They are thieves! I can’t imagine how much money they are making by doing this to customers who won’t speak up or who do and get rejected like I have been. Go elsewhere.

I was contacted by Anna, a store manager at this location on Nov 3, 2025. She asked me to please come to the store location once I was off work this day to have her help resolve this issue.
Anna was GOD sent! It took a little over 1.5 hour, but let me tell you - she rectified this situation for me!!!!! I tried to have faith that the RIGHT person was out there and that one day I would be helped and thank GOD it happened! We are relocating to another state in a few days, so I informed her of the ins and outs of what would be easier etc, and she made everything fall into place. I am no longer in the situation I was in with Verizon due to their mistake, and I have ANNA to thank for that. Because of this - my faith and trust in Verizon has been restored! As a 12 plus year customer, I will need to upgrade my current phone soon, and I told her that because of her and her help, I feel that I can do that in the future.
Never give up hope! Never stop fighting for what’s right! THANK YOU Verizon for standing behind what is right for me as a loyal “on-time” paying customer!!! You never know what a difference you are making in someone’s life- especially us working class who always pay on time and take pride in our credit score etc! Thank you for Anna for your professionalism and excellent customer service. My faith in Verizon is restored!!!!
