The associate who assisted me, Madison, was very friendly, empathetic to my issue and provided me with amazing service. I went in with a Samsung S24 Ultra that a Verizon UI update had burned up the Power Board Assembly on (repaired by Samsung $500+ later), but walked out with a smartphone that was connected to Verizon again and a great customer experience. 5 hours of phone time with Verizon support, but less than 20 minutes with the staff at the store. Thank you.
