Extremely hard to get in and out and the staff working there are very unsure of what they're doing and how to get anything accomplished. You go in getting one price coming out with a 3 to 4 times higher price than expected trying to get something done with your service and account. The store is owned by people from Dayton Ohio area as well so I would recommend trying to find a different cricket associated store then getting screwed over by everything and fees here.
