  Lockett and I love this place. They always take care of my fur baby, the staff is super sweet. The We're sad to be leaving, since we're moving back to Texas. High 5 to y'all!

  Years ago, when this location was an independently owned clinic (Plainfield Animal Clinic) we took our dogs and loved it. We decided to adopt a dog in 2017 and found our former vet taken over by a corporate entity in VCA. They do literally everything they can to add services and tests to inflate the bills. They are not really upfront about pricing until AFTER they’ve examined pets and run tests. I have every bill for everything I’ve spent there and the costs have far out-paced today’s inflation. The $65 for Apoquel Rx costs me 25.20 at Walmart. Rx dog food is also marked up beyond online locations. After paying a huge amount of money for special ear infection medicine a month ago, the dr said my dog’s ears would need to be rechecked in 4 weeks, but failed to explain there would be further charges for that. They are definitely not transparent in pricing. I have stuck with them bc they are close and my dog doesn’t fare well in the car. But I will need to be finding a new care I’m afraid.

  Overall your not bad but i was upset that i didn't get sorry for your loss about Happy. I spent a lot of money taking here there. I called the Friday before Friday the 13 and was told to go to Indy Vet. I did but sadly my dog was in pain and suffering. I had to put her to sleep.Indy Vet was wonderful and caring when my heart was aching.On Monday i call in to return new unopen dog food. I only got an aw.

  I can't recommend this practice enough. Both Dr. Deckard, Dr. Koehlinger, and their staff are so friendly and I can tell that they care about my pets. I feel very comfortable raising any concerns or asking questions. They've done a great job explaining what is going on with my pet anytime one has been sick, and my pet gets better quickly with their treatment. I love that I can communicate with the office so easily online for refills, appointments, or questions. I feel that the quality of care here is top notch and I would not go anywhere else.
