  Been here twice with my cat and recently with my dog. They offer free first exam coupons. They also had this adorable Valentine’s day set up when we visited! Staffs friendly and helpful- although it’s on the pricier side for us it’s a great place with easy booking and fast appointments!

  Avoid this place if you care about your animals best interest and don’t have unlimited funds to waste. This facility contacted ME after adopting a cat for a “health visit.” DO NOT TAKE the “free” bait!!! This has turned into an exhaust of “$250 coupon funds” on Nov 3rd with a check up Nov 17th that then “wasn’t covered” with other cost not conveyed. (Photo of second visit costs) The vet directives were forced on us despite disagreement in care plan and when questioned the vet never returned to the room and yet still was charged for care we denied. Secondly it’s a different employee/ vet every time who blames the prior employee for miscommunication or lack of capability. The super kind techs & front desk are trying to be so helpful while the vet Ashley Morgan DVM talk down to them and rude to customers. Regardless Lindsey fill in manager and her actual management seem unwilling to do the right thing. Overall staff is lacking proper ability to take care of your pet, don’t listen to the owners desires, and if you disagree they simply threaten to send it to collections regardless. Do not go here unless you want unauthorized fees and 2 credit threats via text daily. Service and care did not line up with expectations. I’m very disappointed as a local community member in this VCA site. Sad when the front desk apologizes but then the escalated contact Lindsey says “I don’t know why she did that and regardless if you don’t pay we will send to collections”

  Just moved back to the area and was really impressed with the staff and their care and compassion. However unfortunately I don’t think we will be returning. The prices were extraordinarily high. I was charged $70 for a medication and later found the same one on Chewy for $20 cheaper. I also was charged almost $100 for a heartworm/test when normally this would only be around $50-$60 at our previous vet in Florida. We will be doing more research on more cost-friendly options, so if you’re looking for fair prices, I can’t recommend this office.

  I called to gather records for a pet and was greeted with such a rude and dismissive demeanor, I hope their in person service is better than over the phone. Very disappointing
