- SBSue BagienskiJun 17, 20201.0Incompetent people working Geek squad in the store. Called the 1-800 line and waited 2 1/2 hours to get a person to send a replacement phone. When it arrived, the phone didn't work. After spending another 1 1/2 hours on the phone for a tech, they hung up on me while trying to look up my account. I then called the store, who said they can't help. DO NOT EVER USE GEEK SQUAD!! Total scam of empty promises.
