A young lady at the Geek Squad desk, named Kaya, deserves higher than 5 if I have any input. I received an "alarm" notice that one of my computers was breached. Wouldn't shut off. I called the number they gave...I also grabbed my main computer and headed for Best Buy. It took her, Kaya, about 90 seconds to fix the problem and educate me....she was wonderful and kind.

Hailey was terrible!!! She rung me up. I was trying to answer the questions on the key pad, she just flipped the screen and answered it for me. She told me not to worry about it, it was just for the app. Im like....I wanted to set up the app, duh!?! Then asked me if I needed a bag🤣🤣. I had a ninja blender, yes ma'am I'd like a bag if its not too much to ask. She did something else, I cant remember but overall, she was a horrible experience

Horrible now, like most Best Buys are these days. Sure miss them from 15+ years ago.
I was in need for a new laptop and was working just 20 minutes southeast of the Noblesville store. I would be passing that store on my way home, almost an hour north. The store in my town up north, didn't have the laptop I was wanting, so I did and online order with Noblesville store because they have a few of them. I ordered and paid and it was supposed to be ready for pickup in an hour, that was at 10:30 am. At 2:30 pm, I was at the store to pick up, and it hadn't even been pulled yet.
I was told it was scheduled to be pulled later, what happened to ready in 1 hour?
I said just pull it now, because I had to go, I didn't have time to wait around, and I was told they had to stay with the schedule.
So I left and called customer service on the road, and ended up talking to someone who could barely speak English and understood it even less, in an attempt to change pickup location to another store that had the same laptop but just closer out of my way home from my work. Was on hold for 15 minutes and was told they couldn't switch stores.
Luckily I have a coworker who lives in Noblesville that was kind enough to pick the laptop up for me tonight and get it too me in the morning. But it kept me from doing what I wanted to get done tonight.
Best Buy has seriously gone down hill over the years, and it's sad. I very much prefer to deal with local brick and mortar stores than by from Amazon or some other online store, but things like this make supporting them incredibly hard.
Really hope Best Buy gets their act together soon.

We had assistance from Marc Cummins who showed us what we needed to solve our several electronic problems. He was most helpful - ask for him if you want to know what to buy.
