I had issues with Apple AirPods I purchased at this location. I didn’t know what to expect when I went back because I purchased a pair of discounted AirPods. But to my surprise the Geek Squad was extremely responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable as they came up with quick solutions! I would like to thank 2 great customer service support professionals who helped me. I was lucky to have Grace and Josiah! Thank you two for making my experience a great one at BestBuy!
