But to my surprise, the experience was quite pleasant! Shawn, the store manager helped get my new phone set up and was able to answer any and all questions I had. There were many ways that the process was less stressful due to him, including the store staying open past their closing time just to make sure the process was completed. A huge thanks to him and Verizon for my new phone and a non-stress inducing interaction.
