- BPBrooklynn PackApr 30, 20211.0I went into Charlestown rd store. I got a phone two days ago. They push a phone on me that I didn’t want. Which was the Nokia endi. That was one of the brands I didn’t want. I really wanted the LG K92 but they told me they didn’t even have it. So I got the Samsung A12. They would NOT help me set up my phone at all. Then I went in there today, bc I had questions about my phone and they would NOT look at it they sent me to Clarksville. I guess Charlestown does NOT want customers. I am going to Clarksville for now on. I recommend everyone else to do the same. They are rude, they will NOT help you. So even try.
