  To say the staff is rude would be a monumental understatement. They will lie to avoid acknowledging their own ignorance. If you dispute anything they become verbally abusive. We specifically requested all of our bills for several lines of service be set to be due on the same date. After being assured they would be, two of the phones had service suspended although the bill was"supposed' to be due the same day as the remaining lines. When confirmed with the fact they deceived us we were told we would be charged extra for the disruption of service. When we refused, the staff became verbally abusive. Never go to this store. And know that you can get cheaper and better service from visible by Verizon. As anyone can see, the only response you get is a canned response. Nothing is actually done, nor will you get any contact by a real person. Go to another company people. You'll get much better service.

  I had a phone through metro by t mobile for 5 years it started messing up just found out that all the metro stores in Muncie were closed went to cell phone repair the Manager Rob recommended switching to Cricket Devin helped set up my new phone he did a outstanding job highly recommend!!!

  Victoria and staff are great. Got me an amazing phone, and an even better price than I expected. Showed me how much I would save switching from Verizon to Cricket. My bill is seriously $120 less and in this economy that's unbeatable.

  Do not like the phone or service. Would not recommend then to anyone. I will be going to another company.
