- JMJill MastApr 21, 20261.0Sound bar - Geek Squad (GS) set it up. It worked for 3 weeks. Then stopped. GS came back out and said my TV HDMI port was bad. I bought a new TV. Called for set up of sound bar to new TV. GS tried and tried to get it set up and told me that my sound bar was broken. I was conflicted (a broken TV and now sound bar). It worked independently just not with new TV. Fast forward. My “broken HDMI port” TV is in a different room in our house and HDMI port works with a different sound bar. My son came home for a visit; sat down for five minutes to figure out the problem and there was no problem. My new EXPENSIVE TV and sound bar are now connective properly and works perfectly…. Very very disappointed. Zero stars if given that option.
