Was in the Mishawaka location this evening. Cody who was at the geek desk took care of me - exceptional service. Very personable and extremely helpful. Totally enjoyed our conversation back and forth. He is above and beyond what is expected of an employee - I would give him 10 + stars. Just an exceptional employee - give him a raise!

Husband went for a camera. When we walked in we were created and told an associate would be over in the camera area to ask what we needed help with. Waited and waited. No one ever came to help so had to walk up to customer service for help. I personally don't like when people say someone will be right over and no one ever comes. No they were not busy.

The customer service at Best Buy is horrendous. I purchased a new Insignia washer in June 25' only to have it break in Oct 25'. There is no way to speak to anyone at the store unless you physically go in. If you call the number they have listed, you're getting transferred to call center in a different country. I did go in and explain my situation to the Store Manager (Chase) but he would not approve a replacement. He had his team send a request to yet another 3rd party call center who "should" be able to help me with a replacement. Surprise, they called and explained that they would not approve a replacement on this unit. They did send a technician to diagnose the issue (broken motor at 4 months?) and will be sending another technician on a different day to replace it. That's the bare minimum they should do, but its done this way so they can save as much money as possible at my expense. I'll be missing 2 days of work to make sure I can be home when the technician arrives. They set it up for anytime between 7am & 7pm and you don't know until the day of when they will actually be there. I'll also be going at least a week without a way to clean clothes, which those of you with a newborn baby know, like me, is a major inconvenience. Safe to say I'll never be making another major appliance purchase from Best Buy in the future and I hope this review persuades you to do the same.

The employees are great, but you can not talk them on the phone. I called 8 times to speak with someone at the store about my order, never was allowed to speak to anyone ; had to drive 60 miles round trip to just RETURN the product. I will not pay money for a product and have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! It would not surprise me if they are out of business soon! I will Not deal with Best Buy again! May as well order on the internet if your call is answered im broken English with very little understandable ENGLISH vernacular.
