- KPKaley ann Peterson4 days ago1.0I bought something online and then it was wrong so I returned it as I was doing my curbside pickup and instead of giving me a return and giving me my money back they charged me a second time for both of the things that I bought and won't refund me, plus management is rude and cant answer simple questions, or give any type of directions on returns because apparently their systems changed in my local store says they can no longer deal with those issues in the store and gave me several resources to how I can handle it but all of the resources he gave let me know where it's been a month and I still haven't got my money back for two items that I don't even have because they were returned. Aweful.

You have to go to the area that says "Customer Service" but there's a hard-to-find small sign that says "Checkout". This pains me to say but just shop on Amazon, it's so much easier and cheaper
