Brian takes his job too seriously and tried telling me I repaired the devices which i didnt appricate because he is basically saying i would lie. Every other manager has been helpful would get the repair tech and hed look them over say they havent been repaired and over ride it. You know not take my word but atleast give me a chance to prove i was telling the truth. I would seriously spend 3-10k at apple a week before apple made it harder and harder to do business with them. I get it im just a small guy in the grand scheme of things to apple. But apple is trying to phase out 3rd part repair theres lawsuits in other countries for their practices that actually care about their citizens. Anyways im done doing business with them till they fix that. Unfortunately have 6k on a account I need to spend with them and then im done. Wasted a hour and half round trip out there today and just returned over 3k worth of iphones in one trip because they wont override something thats clearly a error in their system.
