- BBBethDec 24, 20251.0Well I’ve been having nothing but problems with my IPhone. It’s partly my fault because I set my iPhone down around my older sister a few years ago before she passed away. She got in my phone and started using my ICloud and for some reason she changed my password. I have no idea why she would do that and now I have absolutely no clue what the password is & I believe she set my iPhone up for a 28 digit recovery code because I didn’t set that up. I have no idea what the password is or what the recovery code is and I’m now having a problem with my iPhone. This last update I have has done something to my iPhone that is making it request my password every 1-2 minutes if not sooner. I have tried everything to reset my password and it will not let me. So it says to go to the Apple Store and I did that on Sunday with my son and the guy who waited on me & my son was no help whatsoever. When someone looks at you & shakes their head and says there’s nothing they can do it makes me want to loose my temper but I didn’t I walked out. The mall was so busy and sometimes my anxiety gets the best of me but I got the panic attacks under control and I was so proud of myself for going to the mall at this time of the year. It’s as everyone knows it’s so busy there’s wall to wall people just to be told basically to get a receipt from where I bought the phone and then maybe there’s something they can do. That’s weird because that’s not mentioned anywhere on the Apple Support Website. I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated and if I never have to go back in the Apple Store it’s not gonna bother me one bit. I felt as if I was buying something from this customer service guy he would have treated me different but since I need help with my iPhone he wouldn’t help me.

The salesperson who was helping us kept leaving us in the middle of conversation to help other customers who entered the store. We couldn’t stay focused because of this, because it continued throughout our visit. It’s perfectly ok to acknowledge each customer and let them know that someone will be right with them, but sales should be done in order. One on one customer service is important, and uninterrupted communication is a key to success.
