  Told over the phone to go into the store I needed to pay the $95 to get a new phone because mine was completely destroyed. Got to the store and was told 20 minutes. This is what I noticed in the 2 hours I waited. 2 employees per table, 10 customers came after I did and were helped. There was always 4 customer service people just standing or messing around. When 2 hours had passed I finally asked what was taking so long. Come to find out I was not registered correctly so. Nobody knew I needed help. After finally getting help I told the rep I already spoke with someone on the phone and I was told to come in pay the $95 and I would get a brand new phone since I had insurance. Told the rep this 3 times and constantly was told your front is not broke we are replacing the back which doesn’t cost anything. They need to listen to their customers when they speak, make sure they actually get registered when an appointment is set up, and ask especially if they notice someone just sitting there after an hour if they have been helped. I sat for 2 hours to see if they would say anything and I would have sat until they closed but I had my son with me and he was hungry. I hope they retrain these people in customer satisfaction because this store shouldn’t be open if they can’t do it correctly

  I brought my daughter’s phone in for repair and clearly explained to associate Brandon that she would be out of town with the loaner, and I would later exchange it upon pickup of the repaired device. I was assured the account would be properly notated. When I returned today, the first representative—who was present during the original discussion—was dismissive and claimed no knowledge of the arrangement. This is a clear failure in communication and accountability. Mo (associate) made a sincere effort to assist and should be recognized, but this issue resulted directly from Brandon’s mishandling. This experience was highly disappointing, and I will not return if it can be avoided.

  Horrible customer service the second I got in. I sat 20 minutes waiting to get my phone fixed and the "tech" support lady was literally 5 feet from me chatting to a friend of hers. Had I known it was her, I would said something. After she tested my phone for another 20 minutes and it was STILL NOT WORKING! She calls her supervisor which made it even worse. He kept trying to blame me for the issue, after I explained to him countless times that I was using the correct charger for the phone. After the rude service, I was still left with a DEFECTIVE device. Like I said, horrible customer service.
