- ANAshley negrete2 days ago1.0WORST SERVICE!!!!!!! I bought a washer went thru geek squad for warranty an had the worst service. Our washer went out 4 months after we bought it so I called geek squad to have them come fix it since it’s still under warranty and i called them two weeks straight an everytime I asked them if they could come fix it they said we don’t have anyone who works in ur area to come fix it just call back tomorrow and see if we have found anyone so I called back the next three days first they said wait 24 hrs then it went to 74-78 hours. They thing I don’t understand is they want you to take there warranty but yet don’t have anyone to come out and fix the problem so now we’ve been without a washer until they ever come out. Now it’s been a whole two weeks calling them everyday still with the same answer over and over

- LSL SmithAug 27, 20201.0Went to this Best Buy geek squad Merrillville to get a replacement phone through my Apple care. The geek squad guy had such a bad attitude and lied to my face. Said he couldn’t replace my phone because they didn’t have the same color. Said that’s what Apple policy is. I told him to call AppleCare so I could hear it for myself he refused. So I left the store called Apple care on my own and they said “ a different color is fine, I don’t know why he said that”. I know it’s fine, I’ve done it before at the Highland store. No problems. But the Merrillville store is horrific!! Terrible service and lots of attitude. Don’t come to work if you don’t want to be there.
