    My washer was supposed to be delivered this morning however, the delivery guy took one look @ my stacked washer and dryer and walked away. Stated he was going to make a phone call bc there was a problem and he never returned, left my front door wide open! Even though I was assured by Best Buy that the stacking kit I have was sufficient. I came to the store when it opened And spoke with the store manager, Nathan just to be told there was nothing that they could do and to go out & call Custer svc. No apologies just go call the cust svc # . UNACCEPTABLE!!! Then I go to Back to have the associate Kiera call customer service to set up another delivery and she told me she was doing this as a courtesy and didn't have to help me. This is what customer svc is reduced to now. I will never shop with Best Buy again!

    Bought a new washer to replace a broken one. Went to the store and was assured that the one we purchased fit the stackable kit we already had. When the washer was delivered, the delivery driver said he had no clue it was a stackable washer and that he had to call his manager. He just left without explanation or follow-up. Left my door wide open. Now customer service is saying it cant be delivered until Friday....still no explanation. Went back to the store and the customer service was horrible. The girl working the desk said that "She was doing me a favor, and she didn't have to help me at all" then refused to help after. I will be making a complaint on the BBB website. This is ridiculous.

    I purchased a brand new Google pixel 10 XL pro at Best buy a little over 30 days ago. The phone was defective and the paint started to peel. I went back seeking repair assistance and not one of the staff members here was able to help me other than direct me to the manufacturer. The manager and two other staff members were quick to place the blame on the manufacturer. In spite of the fact that I spent over $1,300 on this phone. I would highly suggest that no one purchase these phones from Best Buy. These businesses are quick to take a customers money but offer horrible customer service and always concoct every excuse not to provide basic services to customers. These phones are far too expensive to be dealing with the hassles of reckless and difference by Best Buy employees

    DO NOT BUY ROM BEST BUY! They had me pick up a 300lb stove with a Crack gas line connection. Then they expected me to load up and bring back a defective 1400 stove. They refused to send someone to exchange it. They caused me labor, gas and great inconvience. They have awful customer service. Absolutely the worse experience! This is fraud sending out defective products! They cost me stress, tine, gas, and labor. And now I am out 1500 and have no stove without a gas leak! I will be finding an attorney.
