    Melissa and Car Services guy were the only two people that actually helped me. Five stars is solely for them. Everyone else would not even look at me or approach me. Lack of customer service besides those two employees

    This was the worst experience I’ve ever had . I had this employee by the name of TONY he was so unhelpful, rude, and disrespectful. I asked him to help me find a screen protector and he told me to find it myself and asked me if I knew how to read. He was the most horrible employee I have ever been helped by. He was so disrespectful it was repulsive . He should be fired and unemployed . And if he will be employed he should be in the back where nobody has to deal with him. Horrible experience . Tony is terrible.

    Tony from Best Buy is ENTIRELY the reason for my one star review! Not only was he not helpful, but he was dismissive, disrespectful, and outright rude! He single handedly ruined my mood with his snarky comment of telling me, “do you even know how to read a price tag?”. One of the worst experiences I have had at Best Buy ever!

    They need to have a sign up to tell you where to pick up your online order. First time I went the guy told me customer service desk. I waited there 5mins before I had to ask for help. The guy said he thought I'd been helped already My second visit I did the same thing. Went straight to the service desk and waited. Then jumped in the regular line which had gotten long. I was eventually helped from the regular check out line. Soooo im assuming go thro ugh the normal check out line from now on?

    I bought an Apple laptop on Friday about noon. When I went to pick it up after they supposedly transferred my info from my old Mac, they it still wasn’t done on Monday afternoon. Terrible service!!!
