  I came to Best Buy to purchase some electronics and found that unless you want some latest gizmo, they have virtually nothing in stock. I wanted to purchase a turntable, but the selection was very limited. Further, when I went to purchase a turntable that they actually had in stock, not the one I wanted, but I settled, my Best Buy card was declined even though I had a zero balance. I called customer service and was informed that the transaction was declined because of an invalid cvv code. How does that happen when I was there at the store, in person, with card in hand? I also got into an argument with a store rep about purchasing a bluetooth transmitter. I was told that I cannot use a bluetooth transmitter as an output from my stereo to transmit to bluetooth speakers. If I can't do this, then what is a bluetooth transmitter for? All around bad experience. I even drove past the closer store because I thought the Merrillville store would have more in stock as the Valparaiso store is normally very bare as far as stock.

  Absolute worthless customer service. I came in here to buy an iPhone 17. The only way to buy it is to do it through the carrier which means that you’re going to pay double because they want you to do a plan. They will not sell it to you straight out. I got stuck buying an iPhone 15 instead. The iPhone 15 would not install the software update and would not transfer my other phone to it. They absolutely refused to be helpful and kept blaming the Wi-Fi. Any other store that I have gone Tuesday they will help you set up your phone if the phone is not working properly or they will bring you another phone. These people made Solutions absolutely impossible. They offered no help at all. Do not work with the guy in this picture. He was horrible.

  I purchased all new appliances for my kitchen from Best Buy. I also purchased an extended warranty for my refrigerator. My refrigerator went out over a month and a half ago. I’ve had four service technician show up one who never showed up and never called and my refrigerator still broken. They told me to call Samsung who wants to charge me to come to my home even though I’ve already paid for a warranty. I have called plenty of times and they said they ordered the parts but they’re still I had to cancel all my holiday plans because I do not have a refrigerator in a month and a half later I still do not. I went to the store and they said because I purchased it a couple years ago that they can’t help me every time I call the 800 number I get the runaround. I do not recommend buying anything from Best Buy. Their warranty is fraudulent and their customer service is absolutely horrible. I just filed a complaint with a Better Business Bureau as I do not think it’s fair that I have a non-working refrigerator that I paid for a warranty. I have four children in my home and have not had a refrigerator. This is completely wrong. Per the response to this posted via fb and have not heard anything back. I wish I could say I am shocked

  We bought a drier.About a year and a half ago. Our dryer went out two days ago. We call them yesterday.They were supposed to come out yesterday between seven a m and seven p m. They never showed. They said there was some technical issue. that they gave us the wrong time.Now I have to wait until the 27th of January.For my dryer to be fixed. I would not recommend best buy to anyone. Buyers beware. Believe me, I will be on Twitter.I will be calling their corporate office. To make sure that this doesn't happen to another person.
