I had a service done. I got a Kenwood radio and a backup camera installed. Quick and efficient service. The gentlemen who installed my radio were very helpful and knowledgeable. I love my new radio

I decided to stop at this store to pick up some things vs my local best buy store,as I shopped I was fronted with staff if I needed help in anything I picked the items I needed headed to the register 2 people at both registers but yet only 1 register was doing their job until a female walked to the other registered and got helped while myself being a male had to wait. I was totally pissed and ask the guy at the registered who rang me up with his friend would do that. He claimed he never saw anything but yet made contact with the other register so I stressed to him don't you realize with out customers you don't have a paycheck. I don't blame them I blame who ever is manager at that store for being lazy cause if he or she did their job stuff like that doesn't happen or am I mistaken

Extremely unhappy that I bought something from your website that you made appear that it would be coming from your store and instead now I have to deal with this third, company and i've never gotten my order. Why are you selling something from feanatic and not letting the customer know it's not directly coming from you.

So I’ll order a Xbox controller from them as it didn’t put the wrong address. Try to change the address A wouldn’t let me change the address so the controller get delivered to the wrong address I called them to let them know what happened Somebody from store sent me to the higher ups they told me I can get a full refund since my stuff got delivered to the wrong address few days go back. Send me an email about. They can’t give me a refund after telling me I can get a refund. Don’t trust them they steal your money and waste your time

Dont waste your time. Best buy has went down hill especially the geek squad. Won't even let you drop off something thats under their warranty with out an appointment. That's just them being lazy. And on top of that next available appointment to DROP OFF A TABLET IS 3 DAYS FROM NOW. Would probably be easier to just go through samsung. Tablet is less than a year old. 5 employees just standing there
