I'm not to good with cell phones and they took time to help me find what was best for me. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything so I would make a good decision. And showed me things I didn't know and gave me advice on finding tutorials so I could learn more on getting the most knowledge to use my phone. I made a mess of my old one. I come to realize smart phones are here to stay. I'm old school but I'm trying. Didn't make me feel dumb and I feel good about my new phone. I would highly recommend them. Glad we went there and I know I learned something. Thank you all for helping me make a good decision. Great job I'll be back for my needs in the future.

- JLJASON LEMONSJan 20, 20261.0I had a phone delivered to the store in martinsville Indiana that I paid for, when I go to said store to pick it up I am handed a sticky note that says “ order cancelled, sold phone to another customer, sorry”. When I called customer service they tell me that the store can cancel orders and sale items for their own commission. I am out a phone and the money I paid with MY money. I can resubmit the order pay more of MY money just to have it done again. No thank you!
