- CDChristopher Lorando (DicesMuse)Mar 16, 20221.0Had a medical emergency back in December that required a CT scan. First I was told I could go in at any time, which turned out to be false. Then even though I was in the building, had my order from my doctor, and was during regular business hours, I was told to schedule over the phone. So called to schedule over the phone and I was transferred over three times before I got to someone. Finally got to my appointment, which was very quick. I filled out my HIPPA forms and insured they had the correct contact information for both my doctors. It has now been over a month since I finally got my appointment, and despite now having called three times over the last month their office has failed to provide me or my doctors with evidence of the CT scan. They made sure to send me a bill within a week of the CT scan though. Note: Marion Health acts as shell for Summit Radiology and they even say that despite the name on the building Summit Radiology is NOT Marion Health, despite there not being a listing for Summit Radiology.
