- CTCathy Teeters4 days ago5.0I have been here a few times, most recently twice in the last week for two separate problems. I think they try their best to understand and treat you. I have always been pleased with the care I have received. They always give you instructions to follow up with your Dr if things don't improve.

- MMMandrew68Jun 12, 20251.0This place sucks. I went in last week for severe congestion after tearing out nasty carpet with no mask on (fault of my own). They did a flu, COVID, and strep swab on me, except they didn’t. The attempt at a swab was piss poor and not correct, so they all came back negative. They said just keep taking OTC medicines, which I said they are not helping and I was getting worse. If my symptoms didn’t improve, they said to come back. They also mentioned that me tearing up nasty carpet with no mask on wouldn’t have any bearing on causing an upper respiratory infection. Fast forward to almost a week later and my symptoms got worse. I had a fever of 102 yesterday and really bad body aches and chills. I went to a real healthcare network, Parkview, and I was in and out in 20 minutes with 2 medications to pick up at the pharmacy. If I’m ever in a life or death situation, I won’t go back to any MGH network, because the result will just be the same as dying.

- ASAshley StakerOct 15, 20221.0Took my son in yesterday for temp, bad cough, breathing little hard and not eating. Doctor barely looked at him. Wasn't in the room two minutes. Said one of his early was a "little red" and prescribed antibiotics for ear infection. Completely ignoring his cough and not eating. We spent the entire night in the ER last night because he got worse as the night went on and my son has RSV and was almost admitted because his oxygen levels were so low. His oxygen level read low at the clinic but the person how checked us in said it was probably wrong and the doctor never mentioned it. Upset because I feel like he was not given proper care and doctor was just in hurt and barely talked to me or looked at him.
