I looked for the next closest store and it was Lagrange. I called ahead and spoke to Courtney and told her the problem we were having with Sturgis Verizon store and asked her if she had time to care for us. She was super friendly and helpful!! We drove out our our way to go to this location and it was definitely worth it. We were in and out of the store in less than an hour and she was super thorough with instructions and helped lowered the cost of my parents monthly bill. Thank you Courtney for an awesome experience. We will definitely be returning for future purchases and or questions. Thank you for having great customer service skills and being willing to help! 10/10 would recommend this store over the Sturgis Verizon store!
