  I adopted my pet recently from the Humane Society here in lafayette. As a part of doing that I was given a voucher worth $250 for this location. And I did set up my appointment and took my kitty over there. The doctor that I saw was very professional he was really informative. My new pet does have a medical issue it's it's minor but it's a medical issue and so he made sure I didn't have any questions about that and gave me additional information regarding it before I left. The only thing that this voucher did not cover was additional flea and tick medication that I purchased for an additional 3 months

  It was my first time here with my dog. Everyone was so kind and understanding. The front desk lady was so kind on the phone and in person. I let them know in advance that my dog couldn't be around other dogs, so they put it in a room right away. Dr. K and the vet assistant were so kind and patient with him. They gave us the prices for everything beforehand and were budget-friendly. They even asked if we needed translation assistance. That was very kind of them. We will 100% return here.

  The entire team deserves 5 stars! First, Jenny helped accomodate my schedule to get my old boy seen and diagnostics performed at times that worked for me. Next, Kat was so kind and handled him with knowledge and care (and many cookies). Finally Dr. Bunton spent so much time getting to know me and my dog, making sure all of my concerns were addressed and helped form a plan for him going forward. I am so happy I was referred here and will continue to bring my pup and recommend VCA Paw Prints to anyone else seeking individualized care for their critters.
