    Went into the store to receive an item customer service is a very rude nobody walks up to you and ask do you need help they just stare at you!!! I say customer service 4/10!!!😡😡😡😡

    I mean if you want to wait for an hour only to be told they can't help you with any phone programming issues. Or that they don't have in stock the phone that you want.

    Wow awesome customer service if you need a new phone I highly recommend Verizon the staff are so knowledgeable I was so amazed at the gentleman that helped us he went above and beyond

    We came in to check if we could upgrade. We can't quite yet, but we did have to make a return trip and spend an hour on the phone with support because one of your associates removed a discount we had in place. He made sure to laugh about it while we were in store the second time, too. We will not be renewing our contract. We don't need to give you $170+ every month for your employees to jack up our bill and laugh about it. Do better.
