The guy literally look at my laptop and say they can’t do nothing for it for it having charging problems. He called my laptop a tablet, even though its not detachable is still price that 1000 to buy it, I have a Windows surface laptop. You guys might as well open up a phone line service for the geek squad because they don’t do anything in person to give them something to let them answer their phone call since they can’t fix it in person

- ECEvan cannonJul 6, 20251.0Busted my screen Was told but mobile to go to geek squad. Talked to geek squad over the phone was told to come in so they can look at it and give me a price. Drive 30 minutes there dude looks at it asked if I had a warranty through best buy and there was nothing they can do because i didn't buy it there and they guy they have that works on phone can't work on a galaxy they would have to send it to indy. What a complete waste of time and gas if you can't fix it you need to be upfront about it will not recommend best buy just go to the cell provider if you phone is broken.
