  This was a terrible experience. I drove over an hour because this was the closest Best Buy. The guy literally look at my laptop and say they can’t do nothing for it for it having charging problems. He called my laptop a tablet, even though its not detachable is still price that 1000 to buy it, I have a Windows surface laptop. You guys might as well open up a phone line service for the geek squad because they don’t do anything in person to give them something to let them answer their phone call since they can’t fix it in person

  Yes I tried to call geek squad and I get someone in turkey it's so loud u can't hear them then they want to know the problem so I tell them I need a price on fixing a screen on an ipad she take all my info. Then says oh I can't help you we dont have prices are u joking this place is messed up

  Just had a slow-moving Geek Squad vehicle on 26 almost caused me to have a head-on collision because they didn't want to get passed after going slow on the highway. Spent 10 minutes on hold to different outlets at the Kokomo Indiana location. No point in talking to any of them they really don't fix much and charge you lots of money.
