  Do not and I mean do not buy anything usually the best buy credit card . The major wouldn't even help me fix my switch two and told me to leave before I could even make the payments so now I am being screw out of my son's video game and basically have a credit card that I owe that they are refusing to let me pay on Aslo the blonde girl who sold me this phone talked me out of buying a iPhone..they aren't making. That's right with their customers.... I will just no longer be making the payments.. Update : I did message the fb page and link below. Guess what no one reached out, I am personally think i got blcoked by best buy. Worst company ever.

  I recently called to get assistance with a computer that was priced lower on the website than what I paid for it. Senaphi assisted with my request. She was very professional and pleasant to work with, and was able to give me a refund. I so appreciate her willingness to assist me.

  Went there to buy a phone. We are Verizon prepay customers. I waited 10 or 25 minutes for a rep or sales person with no success. I finally left and bought a phone at Walmart in 10 minutes.

  I have a laptop that I needed a battery for. I live a half hour away and called to ask for advice. ALL I GOT WAS AN AI that practically refused to let me talk to a human. I could could not get through... and I'm looking for someone else to help

  Aiden helped us with looking at some laptops, Ipad, and phones tonight. Very knowledgeable and detailed. We took up a lot of his time and he answered every question and helped us understand a lot. Great customer service wish everyone was as good as him. Thanks so much
