  Adam Bourff was amazing today. Came in to switch my phones from T-mobile to Verizon. Adam was so patient took his time explaining the deals, plans, and switching over the phones. I appreciate all his help and dedication to his job. Means a lot to us as customers and his hard work in loving what he does. Thank you again Adam.

  Adam at the 86th location was amazing! When I came in, both of the employees were very welcoming from the start. Adam helped me trade in my device for an upgrade and he made the process easy and fun. He explained everything in thorough and I left very satisfied! He definitely earned my business and I will be back to this location for him.

  Adam has a lot of patience and provided excellent customer service. I wish I had bought my phone directly from him as opposed to purchasing it online.

  Shout out to Blewey! Hopefully I spelled his name correctly but his customer service was TOP tier. He helped me with additional deals after purchasing my new iPhone 17 pro max. I told him I didn’t have the best experience from another location in town and he stepped right in and assisted me. I also purchased a watch and iPad. Thank you for support, humor, energy, and care.
