  We were able to figure out how to get our phones to the lines they needed to get on. Thanks to Ezra for everything. I can now call my friends, order my food, and find my dog. Actually my dog left me at the recommendation of her therapist so I can’t find him anymore.

  Unhelpful. Was greeted and directed to the wall of phones (remember when there was selection at these stores?) After staring at the nearly identicle, character-less display with no details on any of the products for a few minutes I was finally talked to. I asked about specs and was told to go online. Shouldn't you be able to sell me on these? Any effort? Asked if it was possible to disable AI features that are being pushed, was told essentially "Well, Apple, Google, and all of them are doing it." Firstly, that wasn't the question. Secondly, I don't care if they are all doing it, the enshitification of tech is not something I support and I barely tolerate the level of data collection my 6 year old phone enables, maybe try to work with your customer and provide information. At least the store wasn't filthy.

  ** UPDATE: just found out the phone was never removed from my account and I was charged $122.00 for a phone and a line that was never used or it was not in my possession. I was told by two separate associates that it was sent back to Verizon and canceled. I am now still dealing with this 2/25. I visited the store 01/07!! I usually don’t leave reviews but this whole ordeal was beyond unprofessional, dismissive, and time consuming to fix PREVIOUS ENCOUNTER: Not impressed with customer service. I waited for about 20/25 mins at the door with barely an acknowledgment. 5 mins in to waiting for a rep one came available but he walked off or “had to leave “. Took another 15 mins to be seen. The rep I sat with customer service was fine but in my opinion, he was looking for the best deal for me to pay the most. I recently visited the store on Michigan Rd. & purchased a phone. The process was seemless and similar to how this one should have went since I was getting the exact same phone. But somehow was about to be charged $60 dollars more simply based off “set up fees” totaling my charge to be $108.00. I didn’t care to have added in fees that most likely boost their sells. I can set up my own phone. I was not asked if I wanted to proceed with the purchase or need help set up. I only asked him what would be the cost today for the phone. He kept clicking fast and then told me the balance of 108.00 would be due at the time of pick up. Again I NEVER authorized this transaction YET! Just asked for the total. He then had to call Verizon to cancel my order that again I never agreed on. In this time span of waiting for the order that he placed without my consent to be canceled. I was able to start an online order with the same phone and pick up and the charge would only be $58.06. I’m not sure if it’s because it was more of a commission based transaction but I am not impressed. I politely waiting until the “cancellation” was completed and left.

  Ryan Freeman and his colleagues were incredibly kind and provided excellent service. They genuinely seem to care about their customers, and their kindness truly made my day. This is the best place I've ever visited!
