    I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Two days ago my phone would not allow me to call, text or email out to anyone. I took it to my local Best Buy & they said I would need a new battery, but they don’t do that, but I could take it to the store in Carmel. Well, not knowing that there was two stores, I went to the wrong one and was told that they couldn’t help. Okay, the next day I go back to Carmel to the other store on Michigan and they says yes I needed a new battery, but it is not in stock as you have to order it. Ugh! Okay, I paid them the money & was told I would have it in 3 days. Okay… it took a week! When I went in the put in the new battery and ran a diagnostics on my phone, and could not find the problems, and said I now needed to go to the Apple Store as they could not fix the other issues. So the next day, I’m heading over to my fourth store for repairs. Travis was so sweet and took it the back to run the diagnostics again and sand thing. Didn’t know what else, so it was suggested that I take it to the Verizon corporate store for help and would need to tell them I now need a SIMS card. So I drive down to the Verizon store and it was totally clear he was going to sell me a new phone. He refused to add the SIMS card. I told him I didn’t want a new phone, & I merely wanted this one to work, I asked him again about the SIMS card & he said it won’t do me any good. He went on with his pitch of my phone was too hold, and I just needed a new one and that he would find me a great deal and probably even free. I stuck around a bit longer until I said no and left. So, now I have a phone that still doesn’t do everything I need.whatever he did in the back restored my ability to make phone calls again, but I still cannot receive codes for my apps to get access on them, which is terribly awful as I have a lot of medical issues and these apps help me get messages and send messages constantly to my health providers. So here I sit not knowing what I should do next.

    Would honestly love to leave no stars. Clearly should have checked this location out before going. This is my 3rd VW store that I have had to visit for my phone and still nothing has been solved. When I went in today I felt like a bother, employees not focused on what I was saying and having to repeat myself several times. They literally got to the end of what they “said they could do” and one guy walked away and said nothing. Keep in mind this was a manager, and the other lady sat on her phone doing other things until I said so anything else we can do? She said no and got up and left. I really get sick of power hungry companies that only care about money and not customers. I am still having major issues and no one will give me the time of day to dive deeper into fixing it. DON’T VIST THIS LOCATION!!!!!
