Terrible manager at store (name is Clint) very rude and threatened to take me outside because I was on tbe verge of tears and did end up in tears because of my frustration and hours spent on this issue.
If I could give a 0 star on this location I would. I bought my new verizon phone on August 15. I wasn't able to switch over my info, I went into a verizon location Sept 5 for a solution. They couldn't help and told me to call customer service, I did that. I spent 2 hours on the phone. They escalated the issue. I took my home wifi modem back to a second verizon store because the speed i was told would be 300mbps and it was 50-100mbps. They accepted the return but did not disconnect the service so i was charged for it again. I then spent another 4.5 hours on the phone with customer service for my phone, still with no resolution. I spent another 1.5 hours and decided I couldn't spend more time on it. I asked for a refund instead of a statement credit since I wasn't able to use any of the verizon services I was charged for. The phone specialist said I had to go into a corporate location. So I spent another 2 hours at a corporate location to be told no because I didnt return the phone within the 30 day window policy. He said the corporate store can't issue refunds even though I was told by the phone specialist the backdoor method of getting a check refund. The manager said he didnt have time to help me because he has to train new employees. His time was more important than mine it seems. He threatened to have me taken outside when I pointed that out. As if I didnt come into the office with a patient and nice attitude, I only became impatient when he showed his unwillingness to help right away.

Online order pickup for multi phones, arrived and only one phone in stock. Service representative said frequently on line orders misrepresent store on hand inventory, phones selling as soon as they arrive. Representative overly intent on submitting an order for multi-day delayed home delivery which defeats the immediacy purpose of a brick and mortar store. Representative cancelled multiple order lines without my request.
