The service is very poor! It is constantly dropping, signal, calls, my Wi-Fi constantly buffers, I’m supposed to be on 5G, but it keeps connecting to a 4G tower, I’m paying this high prices for a service that is supposed to be the best and it’s not! I am on the phone with customer service at least three times a month regarding these issues! Every time I say that I want to leave this service, they offer a deal, but nothing ever changes with my problems !!
