    Just left the store and I don’t think I’ve ever been so upset when dealing with a cell phone agent/carrier. When the outage happened my phone got completely screwed up the day after. Despite explaining this to JACOB, he felt the need to tell me everything that’s going on isn’t because of Verizon despite the restricted e-sim that got triggered on my phone. Told me that I’m supposed to click “allow while using app” for location for permissions with my apps. If that’s the case then why is there a “allow once” option?! Then this guy had the audacity to tell me with a condescending attitude that Verizon doesn’t make apple phones, that they just do cell phone service. Are you freaking kidding me?! Apparently I must have looked like someone who doesn’t understand how cell phones work. I also already have an FCC complaint against Verizon for failure to distribute my prepaid Mastercards to pay off my old phones I traded in to Verizon from ATT. It’s been two and a half months since I signed on with Verizon and chat support has been zero help because “there’s no record of my ATT bill” that Verizon agents took photos of IN THIS SAME STORE. Yall need to fire Jacob and get it together. Our conversation wasn’t even more than 5 minutes and this dude had all the attitude and was extremely argumentative. Absolutely disgusting customer service!

    ZERO STAR I went to this Verizon store to get my number ported in, and the experience was an absolute disaster. The business manager, Michael Sedeno, completely messed up the process. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with him — it’s the second, and it’s clear he does not know what he’s doing. Instead of fixing the issue or taking responsibility, he brushed me off and told me, “All you have to do is call them. It’s just a calling game now. There’s nothing I can do.” That is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly ridiculous for a Verizon business manager. To make things worse, other employees in the store were busy playing around, telling stories, and doing nothing, while completely ignoring customers walking in. No greeting, no assistance, no sense of urgency — just pure chaos. The atmosphere in this store is a complete disaster. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Save your time and go elsewhere. ZERO. ZERO. STARS.

    Zero customer service skills. Literally walked in the store looking to get a new phone. I waited about 5 min and not one person looked up and acknowledged my presence. It takes one second to greet a customer who is planning to spend hundreds of dollars with your company.
