I am very sad to have to write a poor review of this veterinary clinic after having a previous experience with them that was fine. I had an exam scheduled on a Tuesday morning for my cat who gets very stressed and anxious when riding in the car. I arrived for my appointment 12 minutes late, which I take responsibility for: I should have allowed myself more time to get my frightened cat into his carrier and deal with traffic. When I arrived, I was initially taken to an exam room, but then I was informed barely a minute later that they would not be able to complete the appointment because I was more than 10 minutes late. I was shocked, because no where in any of the appointment text reminders, email reminders, or confirmation email was there ever any mention of a rule regarding the time frame you must arrive in to be seen. I explained that I did not know about that rule, my cat hates riding in the car and was already stressed out from having to travel, and asked if there was any way they could fit me in. I was told that would not be possible because the vet was "already running behind," so I would have to reschedule. There was only one other car in the parking lot besides mine, and the waiting room was completely empty. I understand having rules about punctuality, but I wish I had been informed ahead of time and I was disappointed there was no flexibility or consideration of my cat's experience. I double checked later, and there is also no mention of a strict 10-minute rule anywhere on the clinic's website. If I had known we would be turned away for being late, I never would have subjected my cat to almost an hour of having to ride in the car, crying and clawing to get out of his carrier, for no reason. I will sadly be seeking a new veterinarian office to take him to; hopefully one that is closer to where I live and more considerate of my pet's needs.

The staff is top tier. The doctors and vet techs are kind and knowledgeable. My Chihuahua mix is a handful. He doesn't make it easy for them. However with patience, every visit there is improvement. Additionally, they make it really easy to get medical records when I need to board him at priority boarding. I am so grateful for how well they treat my fur baby.

I brought my cat, Peppermint, here and was amazed at the care and treatment we received. We were concerned for his ears and itching. The staff are very caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. They confirmed he doesn't have ear mites and told us he may have allergies and gave him an allergy shot. It's already helped so much, he is itching less and his ears look so much better. The best thing of all though is how calm he was while in their care. My cat is very shy and they were able to put him at ease immediately! They instantly became our preferred vet for Peppermint and I would absolutely recommend this vet to anyone with fur babies!

BEST animal hospital I’ve ever been to! Dr. Stevenson is highly knowledgable, warm, attentive, and treats animals with tender loving care. HIGHLY recommend her! Vet techs Carrie and Randee were truly incredible! They kept my cat calm, still, and gave her lots of kisses while she had to have blood and urine samples taken. A few days after my appointment, I received a text message from VCA asking how my cat was doing and a welcome card in the mail. Then Dr. Stevenson called me personally to explain the results of my cats bloodwork and throughly went through treatment options for her Hyperthyroidism. The VCA app is also very helpful and gives you full access to all your cats information including treatment plans, lab results, medication reminders, and appointment booking. This place goes above and beyond. I will not take my cat anywhere else.
