When questions are asked customers should be NOT getting several different answers. Office staff should be wrote up for being rude and aggressive with customers on the phone. Very poor customer service with customers
- KGKaitlyn GomezJan 22, 20251.0On one of the most traumatic days of my life, I had to call the vet to have my dogs put down for severe aggression and repeatedly attacking and landing my other dog in the hospital after essentially ripping him apart in my back yard. While he was undergoing surgery today, I contacted this animal hospital where I was met with zero empathy. I love my dogs and this is one of the hardest decisions my family has ever had to make. The person that answered was rude, lacked empathy, and acted like I was bothering her by calling. If you don’t have kind emotions towards people dealing with trauma with their pets you should never work in an animal hospital or with people who have pets and you should also never hire people like this.

This shows they don't care about animals because they were going to let me put my cat to sleep rather than save his life. He is still alive no thanks to these money hungry clowns...

For me, and I guess I have high expectations if they tell me I'm going to be transfered to the front desk to checkout I expect that someone is prepared to pick up that transfer unless a warning of there is a line.
