  I bought the 3 year accidental payment insurance and I was told had to pay more than what I paid for the laptop! I’ve tried to connect with a live agent via phone and chat. No help at all. Buyer beware!

  Never could get through to an agent when calling the 800 number for the Indianapolis area. Tried the first time: "your wait should be less than 10 minutes". Then listened to "how important" my call was...for 15 minutes prior to hanging up. Tried again hours later: "Your wait time will be more than 15 minutes." Even worse - now I have NO idea of how long I'd be waiting. If the company I work for ran it's customer service line like this we'd be out of business by now. Very disappointed.
