  Visited the store today no customer service at all , Very Rude , not willing too help or give advise I’m glad I’ve already been threw the process of exchanging phones and switching providers they were not willing to help at all def need new reps in the store then I go too leave and the rudest rep is outside on his break smoking like if you just needed a little thc too make you wanna help that’s all you had too say absolutely store experience 1/10 but the deal I got was a good price for switching and receiving a new device all in all happy with cricket unhappy with my service will not be back at that location
