- JHJason HinshawJun 8, 20255.0Ok let's start this off with I have 0% clue when it comes to any computers or how they work so went into will not name names or location did what I thought was what I needed 2 hr later I was unable to get into or do anything at all with me phone by the way it is my lively hood 100% so when to 4 different stores to try and get it fixed or explained how to use it all told me it's was closing time to come back tomorrow so frustrated to my wits end I found the store on North keystone and meet a young lady with the name Thania told her the problem sheadked a few questions and 5 minutes later asked it this was what it looked like before I said yes and broke into tears cuz that was the one and only way to be able to have any contact with my kids for the pastes 6 week so shout out to Miss Thania for thanking the time and the and willingness to help someone that has not clue what he is doing when it comes to computers and or electronics so BIGS HUGS AND PRAISE FROM ME THANK YOUR SO SO MUCH YOU HAVE NO IDEAL WHAT YOU DID FOR ME SEE YOUR TOMORROW WITH LUNCH ON ME. PS only store I will ever come back to for as long and this is my provider!
