Went to a second location across town where the employee was helpful and took care of the matter in a few minutes. A second visit to the 86th street location the next day was no better. Employee had to call supervisor regarding a promotion, as she was unaware of the details. Supervisor filled her in and despite sales flyer, ignored their own advertising and refused to honor their printed word. Do yourself a favor. Avoid the 86th street location and the aggravation that goes with it.
