  Came in and had an amazing service with Cecilia with helping me change my SIM card into my new phone, she was helpful and answered a lot of questions I had !

  I was asking a question regarding how to suspend and phone line and if I could turn it on and off. Just wanted to see if there were some sort of parental controls I could take advantage of. They then hung up on me. As I was saying hello, I heard them pick it back up and say “did it not hang up”. Terrible customer service.

  Excellent client service! I visited the Cricket Wireless store last week and was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and patient, especially Yahir who answered all my questions clearly. He helped me choose the best plan for my needs and he also gave me a great deal on a new phone. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable phone service and a pleasant shopping experience.
