- VJVictoria JonesMay 29, 20251.0This is the worst beyond worst phone company I've ever been through I got a free phone that only lasted me 8 months and had to pay for a new one that was just as bad! And another thing is someone who was supposed to be my friend shut off my phone, switched the protection plan to his phone, and when I came to cricket to get it turned back on they refused to put it back on mine even though I paid the phone bill every month and shut his phone off?! My current phone is very shitty and I've only had it for 4 months! I wanted to get a 2025 razr but I don't trust them especially since they gave my husband a dummy phone that barely works so we're going to be switching phone companies pretty soon! Thanks for ripping us off Cricket!!!

The guy behind the counter is rude and just wants to charge you for unnecessary items.If you can't get any better customer service than him....lock the door.I will never go back to that location...ever!!!!
