He asked great questions and it made me feel confident that he was not just wanting the sale. I bought the laptop that best suited me because of his probing questions to make sure I was purchasing the right laptop. I came to the store just to see the laptops first hand. Not actually buying. However, Yas made me feel secure about what I needed and went ahead and purchased it today. I did purchased add-ons and I appreciate he didnt push me into buying what I didnt need at this time. I will continue going to that store even though it is out of my way. But Yas is worth it!!
