    Cannot gush about this store more. Was in Indi for one day, and my phone broke in the morning. Had to wait for a bit before a rep came over, but that's expected as I didnt have an appointment. All the techs around me were so helpful to their people and really created a relaxed, non-judgemental atmosphere. The tech who helped me was right to the point and completely understanding, and they got my phone fixed same day! I am so thankful for the people in this store!

    Do not buy Apple products. The support area of the Apple store was packed with unhappy people needing help from Apple Tecnitions. We had to make an appointment to return another day at opening time. I've never seen that many people with technical issues of any other phone or computer devices. Apple Tech helped resolve the problem but it took him an hour or more to do so because most of the problem was Apple's corporate regulations. This was a NEW iPad received as a gift and rendered unusable because of Apple's procedures. Don't buy Apple products.

    Went in to get a battery replaced and was told it would be about as expensive as getting a new iPhone, so I got a new one. The person I worked with EXPLICITLY told me that my phone would be unlocked. I am now at an airport outside of the US and it is locked. Don’t make promises that are false. I will not return.

    Won’t allow me to get my phone repaired with AppleCare. Scheduled an appointment, drove to the store and wouldn’t repair because they were closing. (Scheduling issue) Told me to come back Saturday to get the repair done. Wouldn’t fix my phone Saturday because they had too much other work to do. Told me to come back Sunday. Unfortunately going to try again Sunday but terrible service and scheduling. All for a hardware issue that I couldn’t have helped on a brand new phone that I purchased AppleCare for. This will be my third trip to the store in 4 days so if you have an issue out of your control, make sure to clear your schedule for the week.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience related to this Apple Store. My AirPods Pro (3rd generation) have now been repaired twice. The first repair was done in Michigan, where Apple replaced the charging case. This second repair was handled through this location, and I am now being told that I cannot return the product because parts were replaced — a decision made entirely by Apple, not by me. I also requested that my AirPods be shipped to Michigan, since that’s where I was at the time, but due to the excessive delays, I am no longer there. I was then told that the shipping address cannot be changed, leaving me with no flexibility or solution, even though this situation is the direct result of Apple’s delays. From the beginning of this second repair, I was told it would take about one week. Instead, it has now been three weeks, and I still have not received my AirPods. The last update I received was on December 2, and since then there has been no clear communication or progress shared with me. In an attempt to resolve this, I spent over one hour on a phone call with Apple support. Unfortunately, nothing was addressed or resolved during that call. I was only told that someone would contact me again in six business days, which adds even more time to an already unreasonable process. Throughout this entire experience, communication has been extremely poor. Different employees provide different answers, and it often feels like no one truly knows what is happening with my case. For a company like Apple, this level of confusion and lack of ownership is unacceptable. At this point, I am waiting on a product that has required multiple repairs, that I no longer trust, and that I am not allowed to return — despite not even having it back yet. I expect far better from Apple and from a premium brand experience. While individual employees were polite, the overall process felt disorganized, poorly managed, and extremely frustrating. This has been a deeply disappointing experience.
