    What’s the point of having an appointment? When they make you wait 30 minutes. And then support on chat tells you that they will replace your battery at 80% or less. But once you get there and I have waited 30 minutes they tell you no it has me less than 80%. I’m so tired of Apple I am absolutely tired of Apple and their stores And it was disgusting to see one of the guys helping an elderly lady who literally had a 2022 MacBook with a 2024 MacBook that she just bought one week ago because she was having a slight issue with her previous MacBook and it seems that you guys have sold her to a brand new $2000 plus MacBook that she doesn’t quite even understand why She needed a new one. Bravo apple. Well done.

    Made an appointment got there 10 mins before they didn’t even help me till 10 mins after my appointment. Tried to charge me 399 for an issue that happened to my battery during the iOS 26 update horrible.

    Although it is 35 minutes from my home, sitting down with a Genius to get help with my product was far superior than trying to get help on the phone. The store was busy, although I have seen it busier. Nonetheless the wait was minimal. I have always wished there was a retail Apple store closer. This is a large metro area with one store. I would love to have a downtown Indianapolis store or one on the N-S corridors between downtown and Greenwood.

    this place is so hot and cold. about 10 years ago, it always looked like a black friday crowd in-store and it was a nightmare experience. the redevelopment of this store helped a lot of those issues, but today was my first bad experience in a minute. i used to be able to have them clean my charger port without an appointment. they said i needed to make an appointment a few days ago; that’s fine i guess. i go in today, and no one has waited on me in almost 30 minutes. it looks like they service is starting to become lackluster again unfortunately…

    Well I had an appointment scheduled to check my son's phone which was completely off which is why we were there, I go to check in and I take out my phone to show the guy the code that was sent to my cell phone since my son's was off, the guy sees my cell phone "Samsung galaxy S25 ultra" and says "You want a better phone" with a rude tone of voice because it wasn't even sarcasm and I said "No" mine is new thanks, I'm showing you the QR code because my son's phone is off and needs fixing and he said "Mmmmm" , up to that moment I said OK nothing happens, then he starts talking to another woman who I don't know if she was a client or a worker and they talk in a low voice and the lady turns to look at my phone that I had hanging on my wrist and smiles along with the guy then I said he guy is already making fun of me just for not bringing an iPhone, that doesn't make you a bad or a better person, my children like the iPhone and I respect it, I feel comfortable with Samsung and they should respect it and Don't make me feel bad, I'm a paying customer, I didn't ask for anything for free, we were served by 4 people in total and only that one person was rude from the start, I couldn't see his name but the guy had a tattoo on the back of his right arm of 2 vertical lines. But let me say that one of the 4 people who helped us, that guy was kind about the purchase my son made, he had a tattoo of a wolf on his right forearm. This happened on 10/20/2025 at 3:05 pm. It was our first time in that store and the worst.
