  No experience with the actual store but I wanted to personally shout out Paul out of Austin Texas. Very helpful in me finding the best prices and plans with the product. Took the time to look up stores in my area that had the product I wanted. Very great service and great representative of Apple!

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give Rocko at the Apple Store every single one of them and then sprinkle a few extra on top for good measure. Let me tell y’all something… I walked in there locked out of my MacBook, confused, frustrated, and feeling like I had done everything wrong. Honey, when I say Rocko turned that entire experience around—he didn’t just fix my computer… he fixed my whole mood. From the moment he started helping me, he made me feel like I mattered. Not rushed. Not brushed off. Not “just another customer.” He treated me like family—like I was somebody he genuinely cared about helping. And that kind of energy? You don’t come across that every day, suga. He was patient beyond patient, kind beyond kind, and knowledgeable in a way that made everything make sense without ever making me feel small. Matter of fact, he took time to point out the things I actually did RIGHT—which, darlin’, meant more to me than he probably knows. And listen… I tried to tip him (because that’s how you treat excellence where I come from), and he said he couldn’t accept it—but he’d take a hug. So yes, we hugged. Twice. And I would’ve hugged him a third time if I hadn’t walked out trying to hold myself together 😭 This wasn’t just “customer service.” This was human service. This was heart. This was somebody showing up fully in their role and making a complete stranger feel seen, respected, and taken care of. Rocko, if you ever see this—thank you. You are a light, and whatever Apple is paying you… darlin’, it’s not enough. I will NEVER forget this experience.

  Specifically called this store for a replacement airpod case and made an appointment with Genius Bar via phone with Chris. I was able to get in queue by a very helpful Tyree. Eric was assigned to me and there was no replacement case in the store at all. Eric talked to Chris who never physically acknowledged me and said to have no recollection of the call. I understand confusion happens but I don't appreciate lack of accountability Eric apologized and helped me purchase a completely new pair of AirPods.

  We come in and waited for 30 minutes, at first no one come and help, the lady were just looking at us so I have to come over and ask, she said a specialist would come over soon, more people get in and they wait for a very long time to get help too, if you’re a big brand, you should figured out how to make things efficient and not letting ppl wait for so long just to buy 1 thing, and it was on a less busy day of the week too. I’m never going to shop in store again.

  My daughter and I went in to look at a laptop for her new semester at Marion College and was not treated fairly. I overheard some of the young girls talking about her as we were waiting to see if it was in stock. I walked out and purchases from Best Buy down the street. I would say this type of behavior fosters an unhealthy work place. Managers..be present and know what goes on in your store. We all love Apple but not going there unless I absolutely have to!
