- WAWanda AngstromNov 13, 20255.0Yesterday my friend had a new phone with issues. So to repair it would take a couple of days. But she needed to make a daily phone call. The manager of the store helped her tremendously on getting another low priced phone so she could have a phone the same day while her other phone was replaced. She saved my friend from worry. Thanks for all your friend and patience with her! We'll done!
- LDLisa DollJul 30, 20251.0This place assured me they had service out of the country when I signed the contract. Then sold me service in Germany and Croatia before my trip to visit my daughter. They have NO service out of the country. I had no way to communicate. I was a 60 year old woman traveling alone in countries where I didn’t know the language. I tried to buy a new sim card while I was there and they locked the device, so you can only use theirs. I borrowed a phone from someone and made a long distance call to Cricket, after being on hold for 10 minutes the lady disconnected me. It is the poorly trained employees and the manager who have no idea what they are doing! All I would have had to do is google to find out Cricket only has no service in Europe! Do not do business with the Huntington store!

The service is fantastic and the prices are great, I've never been happier with any provider. Shout-out to Jordan for all your help and his boss who stopped in on a Sunday as well to help. If you're not happy with the company your with or it's your first time shopping make sure you stop here, the service and customer service are unbeatable!
