  Refused to replace my iPhone battery. Made 2 appointments talked to Apple they said they should replace it. They were saying I had to pay 99 for a new phone when battery replacement was free. Donovan is incompetent idk how he works there, tried telling me apple support doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Had to goto Merrillville to get my battery replaced, they said basically they were being lazy and didn’t want to replace it

  I had an appointment on a tuesday. I inadvertently came in on monday. Same time assuming someone had deleted my appointment from my calendar. Needless to say I wasn't the best customer. But griffith in the geek square department. Handle me like a true professional. Which reflecting back I appreciate it. Because I was totally wrong. It Is customer service reps / service tech like Griffin that makes bestbuy geeks squad so great...

  Best Buy uses third party to answer all calls. I specifically asked the person on the phone if they were in the store and they replied yes. A flat out lie. I then went to the physical store to activate a phone service that is advertised on their website and was told it was not available yet. Super fail. I then called back and the second person apologized but gave me the run around and could not get a manager on the phone. Thanks for wasting my time. Never again. Use another retailer.
