Needless to say I wasn't the best customer. But griffith in the geek square department. Handle me like a true professional. Which reflecting back I appreciate it. Because I was totally wrong. - DBDavid B.Mar 28, 20231.0Best Buy uses third party to answer all calls. I specifically asked the person on the phone if they were in the store and they replied yes. A flat out lie. I then went to the physical store to activate a phone service that is advertised on their website and was told it was not available yet. Super fail. I then called back and the second person apologized but gave me the run around and could not get a manager on the phone. Thanks for wasting my time. Never again. Use another retailer.
