After speaking to 5 different people at the Best Buy Corp level regarding an issue with our account which took approx 2hrs, and was also hung up on twice! We went into the store and Myron assisted us and had our issue resolved within 15 mins. I will never bother with calling again, the personal attention that we received at the store level from Myron made our day! Thank you do much!!
