I went to buy a case for my iPad, there was only one left that was slightly damaged. I took it up to the counter and asked if it could be marked down since they had no more in the back. Management would not offer a discount on an already damaged product. And suggested that I order something online. I’m already here, why would I waste my time ordering online where I could’ve done that in the first place?!??

One advantage is being able to see products in person before buying, and returns are definitely easier compared to online purchases. However, the store often feels empty, which makes it seem like fewer people are shopping there. Overall, while it has its benefits, I feel like Best Buy may struggle to keep up long-term if prices don’t become more competitive.
