We worked with three employees — two of them (including Tyler) were super helpful and straightforward. However, we felt completely misled by Rebekah, who was the one to finalize our purchase and hand over our phones. We specifically told her that we’d handle all the setup and data transfer ourselves. Despite that, we were hit with a surprise $80 charge (this isn't the Verizon activation fee, but a fee Cellular Sales charges customers) that was never explained or authorized. I wish I would've caught it sooner. On top of that, Rebekah spent most of our time together pushing accessory after accessory, turning what should’ve been a quick eSIM transfer into nearly an hour-long ordeal — all while going on tangents about how “they” are going to start putting chips in people’s arms. I wish I were kidding. In short, be cautious if you decide to shop here. Double-check your invoice line by line, and avoid that salesperson if possible. As for us, we won’t be returning.
